The services provided by 10TeQ Inc. through the Master Faster app (the “App”) are subject to the following Terms of Use (“TOU”). We reserve the right to modify or update the TOU at any time without prior notice. Any modifications, additions, or deletions shall be effective immediately.

Disclaimer

Master Faster by 10TeQ Inc. is an independent educational tool designed to assist users in preparing for exams. 10TeQ Inc. and Master Faster are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed, sponsored, supported, or funded in any way by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) or any other regulatory or licensing organization. All test names, trademarks, logos, and designs associated with the NDEB, BNED, or other official examination boards are the property of their respective owners and are not trademarks of 10TeQ Inc. or Master Faster.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Master Faster app (the “App”), you (“User”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use the App. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Use of the Service

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

• User Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including passwords, and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to misuse the App, engage in illegal activities, or violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing harmful software, impersonating others, infringing on intellectual property rights, reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt the App.

3. Intellectual Property Rights and Content Usage

All content within the Master Faster App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, images, and study materials, is designed, produced, and developed by our expert team based on scientific references. This content is the exclusive intellectual property of 10TeQ Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other applicable laws.

• Prohibited Copying and Use: Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content on the App is strictly prohibited. Users are forbidden from copying, redistributing, sublicensing, or using any portion of the App’s content or features for commercial or personal purposes without our explicit written permission. Violation of this clause may result in legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

• Disclaimer on Contradictory Content: The content provided in the App is based on scientific and educational references intended to support exam preparation. However, because different educational systems and professional standards may apply, 10TeQ Inc. assumes no responsibility for any discrepancies or contradictions with other approaches, methodologies, or sources. Users must rely on their professional education, knowledge, and experience as they prepare for exams. The App is intended to complement—not replace—users’ formal education and knowledge.

4. User-Generated Content

If the App allows users to post, share, or make content available, users retain ownership of their content but grant 10TeQ Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, display, and distribute this content within the App. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or is deemed inappropriate in our sole discretion. 10TeQ Inc. is not liable for user-generated content shared on the platform.

5. Privacy Policy

Please review this policy carefully, as it contains important details regarding the data we collect and your rights regarding your information.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

• Educational Content Disclaimer: The App’s content is designed to support users in developing exam readiness and is solely for informational and educational purposes. Master Faster provides resources intended to enhance users’ exam preparedness, but outcomes depend on each user’s personal study, knowledge, and exam experience. Users assume full responsibility for their exam performance and any actions taken based on information from the App.

• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, 10TeQ Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from or related to your use of the App, regardless of the theory of liability and even if 10TeQ Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies to any damages resulting from data loss, service interruption, system failure, or unauthorized access.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 10TeQ Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Modification of Terms

10TeQ Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in its sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App or notifying you. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms, misuse of the App, or conduct that we believe may harm our reputation or the App’s integrity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the App. We reserve the right to delete any associated account data.

10. Force Majeure

10TeQ Inc. shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, labor disputes, telecommunications or internet service interruptions, governmental restrictions, or any other events or conditions outside our control.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be exclusively brought in the courts of British Columbia, Canada, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

12. Dispute Resolution and Waiver of Class Action Rights

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia. You agree to waive any rights to participate in a class action or collective lawsuit. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only, and class arbitrations, class actions, or representative actions are not permitted.

13. Electronic Signature Consent

By clicking “I Agree,” “Accept,” or similar, you acknowledge that your electronic acceptance constitutes your signature and agreement to these Terms, with the same legal force as a handwritten signature.

14. No Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights and obligations without our prior written consent. We may freely assign these Terms at our discretion without notice.

15. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 10TeQ Inc. regarding your use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
